Complete Body Pilates takes a comprehensive approach to improving functional mobility, athletic performance, injury prevention and pain management using the STOTT PILATES ® method which incorporates modern exercise principles, including contemporary thinking about spinal rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement.

We recommend that each client complete an assessment followed by 5 private sessions to establish a foundation in the technique. This allows a complete evaluation of your needs and a personalized program developed specifically for you. After your introduction to the STOTT PILATES® method the following options are available:

Private: One on one training

Semi-Private: Work out with a friend

Group Classes: 3 – 4 people

Session is: 50minutes in length.

One-on-One training includes a comprehensive assessment, evaluation and the development

of a personalized program.

          $50 per session

          $145 for three (3) session package

          $270 for six (6) session package

Private: One-on-One Training (30 Minute Session)

          $30 per session

Small Group: 3-4 people (45 Minute Mat Classes)

Thursdays; 5:30 pm to 6:15pm

          $15 drop-in fee

          $80 for six (6) classes

          $110 for ten (10) classes
